Trai — recharge issue

I had recharged my dth today morning on 9:45am. An amount of 210/- was debited from my account and got message from my bank kgbbut till now i didn't get any channel in my tv. When i contacted sundirect dth customer care the harassed me and said they didn't get any money. This the second time they are cheating me. Kindly pls do the needful at the earliest.
