[Resolved]  Trai — recharge issues

I am a videcon customer id no:[protected]Multi connection)

At the time of instalation of secondary connection customer care of videcon d2h clearly inform me that the secondary connection is one month totally free of cost, installation date :[protected] but now on 21st september there is a message coming on the tv screen is that your connection will be switched off from date[protected] i. E only 26 days. When i inform regarding these problems to customer care they r deny and not solving my issues and cutoff the call

So kindly resolve my issue
