On last 29.11.2020, I made online recharge (General Top Up) for Rs.44/-(Rupees forty four only) for the said mobile . Recharge was successful, the reference no. being PGSM[protected] and the credit was confirmed from their end viz., BSNL via message . But, the irony is that it has not yet been reflected in the balance, though nine days have already passed since then .
Requested pls look into the matter & take necessary step for resolve of the issue at the earliest .
