I have d2h cable connection bearing customer id[protected] with two set top boxes.in non operation of one of set top box i made complaint to the operator on its customer care number bearing [protected] on 22.05.19 bearing complaint no.[protected] with request to disconnect /suspend operation of one of set top box for which sms message given to the complainant that same has been resolved but still the complaint was not resolved.
Once again this complaint made request for disconnection /suspension of operation of his one non functioning set top box on 27.05.2019 bearing complaint no.[protected]. This time also sms message supplied to the complainant that his issue has been resolved but still not due to which i am suffering unnecessary burden of recharge fee and other incidental expenses with the cable connection.
To day i. E. On 04.06.2019 i contacted the operator on its customer care number but surprisingly came to know that cable connection of one set top box has not been disconnected till date where as information about resolving the complaint successfully has been given to me twice.in this regard i made request to have a talk with senior officers of customet care group or to the nodal officer, i was asked to hold the phone but despite holding the phone for more than 15 minutes non came forward to even talk to this complainant and as such it is deem expedient in the interest of justice that this complain may kindly be admitted, and appropriate penalty may be charged on the cable operation and a direction be given to adjust /refund the monthly charges taken from the complaint against one non operational set top box Was this information helpful? |
