Trai — regarding incoming calls

I have port my number from vodafone to jio. After porting, incoming call are not supporting from other networks. I have also registered complaint regarding this to jio and also have carried the procces which they have guided me but no successful attempt has been made to solve these issue. Please do note my issue and take subsequent steps accordingly. Hoping for your kind reward ADVERTISEMENT
