Dear sir/mam,
This is in reference to the complaint regarding promotional call to a dnd subscribed number. We highly regret the inconvenience caused and deeply apologized for the same.
We would like to explain the incident in details, following lead was given to us from a third party/source and the same was telecallled by our executive mistakenly from the mobile number which belong to senior official staff.
We had sacked the particular agent with immediate effect and also we had sensitized the complete staff over the same and such incident will not be repeated again.
We would request you to kindly consider this justification from our side as due to this our complete business at halt and even 02 of the numbers ([protected] & [protected]) belongs the one of the owner of the company and that has also been disconnected along with the other numbers. These nos are attached with owner's bank accounts and credit cards due to suspention our whole business is on stack and not even able to made any transactions in our related accounts because otp will processed on these nos.
Kindly unblocked above mentioned nos because no call was made from these nos and due to deactivation of these nos we are facing losses in our business on daily basis.

As company is closing their business so I am trying to PORT my same number to other network. But when ever I was sending sms to 1900 in format of PORT [protected]. i did not get any reply or UPC no. Kindly help.
