Trai — regarding no recharge

I did a recharge of bsnl no. [protected] on 25.03.2019 through truecaller app of rs. 318. The amount has been deducted from my account but no recharge had been done. I have talked to truecaller and bsnl a lot of times but both are not helping me. Both are saying that they cannot do anything. You are requested to help me. My contact no. Is [protected] & [protected].
