Trai — regarding not taking consent from the customer to change the package of airtel digital tv

Address:Kishanganj, Bihar

I am a customer of Airtel Digital TV. Airtel digital TV is changing base packs of my Id without taking consent from me. It really irritates a consumer to call frequently regarding his base packages. I recently recharge my Id on dated 28.09.2018.

Therefore, I request you to kindly look into the matter. So that I could not face the same problem in future.
I shall be highly thankful if you resolve my problem
