My name is Bala Rajesh and I have a DTH connection with airtel and my connection no - [protected]-001 and my mobile number is [protected]. I took this connection for my home in Chennai and due to the lockdown I have been residing in my hometown. The Airtel team never informed me that if I dont recharge, I will lose my refund. Neither the customer executive nor the operator who fixed the connection informed me about this rule. This seems to be very unfair to me and not a transparent way of dealing things. Can you please help me get my refund back?
