Hello sir/madam,
As per the trai guidelines i have selected the tv channel package with the dish tv service provider and i have recharged my dish tv on 25th april 2019 still now they have not activated my package channels not see any tv channel's in my tv. And i am getting error message on the tv saying that i have not subscribed to the channel and i have raised a complaint with customer care of the dish tv but on one responsed on my complaint and i have call many times to customer care but no use.
I have reached for a month and 15 days completed these days are loss for me even though i have recharged my dish tv and again in coming days i have recharged my dish tv for next cycle.
Could you please take necessary action on this and i have given by dishtv setup vc number below.
