[Resolved] Trai — regarding the worst service of videocon d2h

Sir,
Yesterday25/062020 i made 300rs recharge for my videocond2h id[protected] sill now no channels viewed but the account balance was deducted on daily at rs 9 per day
I have knocked all doors of customer care of videocond2h such as calls, sms, mails still the problem persists the videocond2h service provider send a complaint no[protected] that it is resolved successfully but no remedies

The complaint i have given on 25 th march 2020 is resolved today by the company at about 7 pm today at 26th march 2020 I am thankful to TRAI for resolving the problem
