Complaint no 1:
I was using Reliance postpaid sim then switched to Reliance prepaid, I have paid 800 to get postpaid SIM. They told if I move to another prepaid or another network I will be refunded the money. I used the Advance to clear the last month month before moving to prepaid. Balance 150 I didn't get so far. It's been 3 and half months over.
Comokaint no 2:
Whenever I try to port my number to another network reliance operator canceling from their side. I am not able to port my number. Please please please help me on this.
Complaint no 3:
Whenever I call customer care they ate not connecting to customer care executive. After pressing 9 they simply cutting the call. Tried 20 times hardly.
