I have every month recharge 348/ for 28 days, but today again i have recharge my cell no [protected] at 12:54pm but after recharge my cell phone out going charges reduce to my main balance account so i call 2 customer care n talk to customer care excutive n he / she said you recharge activate after 20 min, so i again call 2 customer care & he said your plan activate today night after 12:00am on date01.10.2017, than i said today i have recharge for calling but he/she not clear his company policies so please i request you to please resolve my problem n active my out going same time as per recharge...
