This is mohammed ibrahim and my number is [protected] i called your customer care on 5/8/2017 from my registered number and first call was connected to your executive and i asked about offers and he was not helpful and even he didn't informed his name and he was so rude on call i was warning him even he contained with the rude tone and he forcefully disconnected the call from his end.
And called for 2nd time and call was connected to your executive mr. Amjad and i asked him to transfer the call to tl or manager but he denied to transfer the call stating that tl or managers are not available (Without tl or managers u are running customer care) and he also forcefully disconnected my call from his end but no resolution was given.
And again i called for the 3rd time completely it was blank call i waited fro more than 2 mins but no response from customer care end and the call went blank call so i disconnected the call. And my number was blocked in ivr after that i tried to reach your customer care but number was not connecting to customer care services. Was this information helpful? |
