Trai — set top box of d2h is not working

I relocated to dehradun from raniganj, w. B.. I paid rs 450/ for connection (Cust td 7888997). The mechanic told me that set top box is not working. So i provided him another set top box (Cust td[protected]. Though home was working he told me this set top box is to be changed. I have lost money on two set top boxes. Such business tactics should be discouraged. I appeal to you for urgent redreesal. M. K.. Choubey
