Trai — sms data is being shared by telecom operators to companies

Dear sir,

Recently i have met a company named credit vidya from mumbai, the specialty is that they can give entire details of calls made calls answered and not answered..., sms received, they are reading the sms and giving his bank balances and credit card payments... How can trai allow a telecom company share/sell the data to third party vendor, which is illegal... This is breach of trust.
