After trai new regulations i am unable to see the channels i want to see. Despite a customer from ap who used to recharge for telugu packs my new pack activated as malayalam pack that too without my involvement. I tried to contact sun direct to resolve this issue but none of there customer care numbers are working. I even tried to contact them through there app but still no response. Finally they gave a reply to my complaint through facebook but still no progress i didn't even now the status they asked my contact details so that they can contact so i gave them but still no progress.. I don't know how to activate my new pack i reachared with 210 rupees 10 days back but still iam unable to see what i want to see. Is this why trai introduced this new rule? Surely not? Please solve the issue. Take an action on sun direct or atleast make them contact me. My smart card i'd:- [protected]
