Trai — sun direct not giving the option for choosing my required channels

I am residing in trivandrum, kerala. I am preferring to watch malayalam channels. I am using sundirect dth. They are not providing the right to select my required channels. They have make bunch of channels in a pack and they are forcing us to take these packs.in the packs they have not included some of my required channels and included some unwanted channels. For example 140 channels included in their fta1 basic pack, charged rs. 130+18%gst.in that pack they have not included mazhavil manorama hd channel (Free to air) and included some not required channels. They are not ready to make any changes on that pack. If i required hd then they are told me to spend rs. 331+18%gst. I the case of malayalam, only 3nos of hd channels are available in their platform. From that it self only one channel is free to air.
