My Airtel Digital TV Customer ID is [protected].
I sent for activation the selected channel packs worth monthly subscription of ₹565.22 ( screenshot attached ) and accordingly recharged my account on 25Feb, 2019 with ₹570/= in round figure (scanned receipt attached) which by any commonsense should have been valid till 24 March, 2019. But surprisingly enough, my connection was suspended on 15 March, 2019 itself, i.e., even before the expiry of the validity of my recharge. An SMS was sent to me saying that my monthly subscription was for ₹814/= and this figure appears on my Airtel Apps also. But how come ?
I would certainly want to know from Airtel authorities why has it happened, and also clarify the value of the my pack I subscribed and recharged for ? The Airtel Digital TV Customer Care/Support Platform presently is just inadequate to address issues like this and many more such problems that customer may come across.
I look forward to your immediate response in this regard and hope the issue would get resolved soon.
