Trai — taking charges more than nominal by my cable service provider gtpl

Star packages is ₹49 as told by TRAI, but these guys are still taking individual channel charges which is quite costly for normal people and also deceiving the one who are unaware. When I told them these individual charges don't apply anymore, they said GTPL charges this way, nothing to be done. Pincode - 700074, service provider - GTPL KCBPL. So please help us regarding this.
