[Resolved]  Trai — tata sky dth services under manage pack

I have been trying to change my tata sky pack for the last 30 days but unable to do so. Tried everything including asking help from their representatitives over toll free numbers but nothing happens. Paying everyday @100/- for the pack which i don 't require. This is nothing but sheer harrassment and simple loot from general public. Everytime i get a message that your request is under process but nothing happens. Doing it everyday for the last 30 days. Keep on recharging for 200/- every alternate day.
