Videocon DTH peoples are not responding, they purposefully not activating bouquet channels and even customer service is very adamant and disconnecting calls directly. I have called them 30 to 40 times and also wrote a mail 7 to 8 times. They are not following TRAI order, it's TRAI who need to punish Videocon and resume customer services.

Hi! As per TRAI direction, following the new Tariff order, service providers will migrate their customers to the best fit plan carrying their key current channels. This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers by the 31st March. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration. For this, please download the Tata Sky App or visit www.mytatasky.com and go to Manage Pack, or visit your nearest dealer.

I try to call d2h [protected] but call never connt my account balance is 1200 but never see any chanal.plese help he wat id do.
Many times I have complaint but my issue not resolved at yet.I have called many times at your customer care but everybody said that we resolve issue in 2-3 days.
