I have subscribed rs. 240 package for telugu and kannada channels and valid till 6th mar 2019. However on 3rd mar most of the telugu channels removed and customer care executive told me its a govt. Rule.

How can they remove when the package is active and why government giving advantage to make more money. Ex. For the same channels what is use to get for 240 it is costing me more than 300. Please review the latest rules and change it accordingly. Thanks
