Trai — they not refunding money

My set top box id is connected with another 4 connections, so i have recharged for 12 months by seeing offer running on my id and in offer no where is mentioned or displayed that this offer will be apply on main connection only and i have recharged of 2794 rupess. For 12 months and remaining connected set top box is suspended only main connection is running
So i wanted my money back.. And i have registred complaint many times but they are not resolving my complaint and not giving back my money

Respected officer of TRAI, I requested you please ensure to all DTH service that at least announced officially off on National Holiday.
Even today Republic day but company service center are working which all employees whoare working there feel like a "Bandhua Majdoor".
Please help them and proceed.
