Dear sir,
There are two product activated in aur d2h id no[protected] we have requested to block one product but its not done we have called up to customer care so many time but there is no response at all today i have called again customer care executive saying that your one product is deactivated then we have recharge aur d2h for about 400 rupees after confirming with customer care executive but still now we are facing same problem there are both product activated and also its showing that you have insufficient balance in your account kindly rectify the problem as soon as possible.
