Trai — unable to getting porting code from aircel assam telecom company

Sir i am send many times sms to porting my aircell number [protected] from the date 22/02/2018 to till date but the company do not send the porting code
And in this regards i am calling to the aircel customer care no [protected] many times but they are do not provide any help till now
Therefore kindly provide helps in this regards so that porting code may be received against the aircell mobile no [protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,
We, Madurai Kamaraj University DDE, We are using Aircel network for our office mobiles(more than 10 numbers).Due to network problem we need to change our Network from aircel to airtel.So that we have sent the Port message to aircel company.Still we are not receiving any Port id From them
