Dear sir,
My name is karim, from last 9 months i am using jio sim but i am unable to use internet and SMS services which are provided by jio network becouse of poor signles in my area so many times raised SR on these issues but not recived any resolution from jio team. Jio team was given a commitment to me after 30 days signals were covered in your area work is under process.I was raised SR around 10 times on these issue. My mobile no is [protected] .

I have a mobile SIM no [protected] of company AIRCEL, rajasthan. I am getting network problem since last 5 days as there is no incoming / Outgoing call. I am also send porting message but not getting unique porting code for MNP.

Since my number is very important for me. Kindly help me in this situation.
