[Resolved]  Trai — unable to view channels after recharging

I have recharged rs 460/- on dt 06/04/2019 online from sbi through
www.dishtv.in.but i couldn't able to get any channels. I contacted customer care. They said to wait 24 hours. After waiting 48 hours i again recharged rs 100/- by sbi debit card. But the channels are still unavailable. I am waiting from 4 days.
I request you to help me.

Am called independent tv and said to activate my list channel since from the week am requested still they not activate my chgannel and also i have marathi channel pack but they activate other language channel and charge for other
