I paid rs. 360/- for the cable services but i am not getting the channels connected for which i paid the money. After having complaining them for over 4 days, i went to their office today at about 11.30 am and was subject to abuses and dirty words by their employees names mohan and alam. Even the other staff at the cable office was there almost to hit me phyically instead of resolving the issues. I tried the customer care numbers of den [protected] which was connected but got disconneted in mid way. Even the siti costomer care [protected] did not respond.
