Unethical delay in disconnection: i'm complaining about vodafone. I gave my request for disconnection of my vodafone cell no [protected] on 29-may-2017. However, by various excuses vodafone is continuing to delay the disconnection. Kindly note that vodafone has done this repeatedly with disconnection of my earlier connections also. They say that it will take 7-days to disconnect but on the unethical excuse to continue charging money, they say that 7-dys will start once they call us and discuss. Highly unethical and drains our resources. Kindly penalize / take action on vodafone accordingly.
