Trai — vas service (miss call alert) not working and abusive language by csr (abhishek)

Miss call service activate from 29/09/2017 amount was deducted from my balance. But service was not working yet. When today 30/09/2017 i was complaint in the afternoon same was raise by csr. Now evening same issue found and i was call in call center and i ask for the same he was told me till 4/09/2017 will be working the service, so i was ask question if 5 days not working the service then you give me next 5 days validity for this service an that csr abhishek was taking in rudely and abusing language and refuse the same.
