[Resolved]  Trai — very bad experience with videocon d2h

Address:210/E/4, Schooldanga, Bankura, West Bengal, 722101

Their website and app both don't work and all the customer care number provided are either invalid numbers are don't connect.
I have selected my own pack but that still hasn't even been activated and there is absolutely no response from them but they have charged for the whole months with no services provided. Can I port the service with other one?
