[Resolved]  Trai — videocon d2h - consumer website not user friendly to display or choose proper selected channel information

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of Videocon D2H service provider and I am not able to view proper information when I navigate the My account after login to the website.

The website is not user friendly and shows in correct information.

1. Even I am not able to identify my subscription information properly, I see various subscriptions and which one is active I am not sure about it.

2. One can not edit the channel/ subscription.
