I am a customer of Videocon d2h since last 6 years .Nowadays they have changed the channel cost for that I called customer care service but some are not giving proper guide and when I asked to connect higher person that time they are putting my call on hold and after some time automatically disconnecting without my query, also I feel they are taking extra money from us in the name of GST .please help me in this regards
