After the TRAI order on channel selection was implemented, videocon D2H - DTH service provider is harassing us like anything. My Customer ID is[protected]. We are unable to watch the channels that we want to choose. They insist on to subscribe to 185 channels instead on 130 channels as per TRAI order. We are unable to subscribe to HD channels. Whenever we consult customer care umber, they always say techincal problem - which never gets resolved over last 2 months. We are fed up of this as also are so many other customers of videocon D2H. I request you to take tough action against videocon D2H.
