Trai — videocon d2h has transferred rs 400/- from my account inspite my paying to the service engineer by cash at the time of installation

This is with reference to the d2h connection, today i.e April 17, 2019 was disconnected and the SMS message received was "Service charges Rs 400/- posted for your account". The service was disconnected as there was no balance in my account. I have booked a complaint No.[protected] against the same.

The details are as below :

I have reactivated the connection on March 8, 2019 and paid the Service Engineer an amount of Rs 450/- as requested.

I have deposited Rs200/- and my account balance showed Rs204/-

I have chosen FTA + discovery ( Rs8/-) during that period. The amount for the month is Rs. 162.84/- ( 130 +8+GST18%)

As I was out of station from March 27 to April 10, 2019, I have asked for deactivation during the above period ( reference mail below).

Again on April 9, 2019 I have deposited Rs200/- and I recieved SMS that the balance is Rs215/- and due date 14/5/2019.

After recharging on April 9, 2019, I have opted for FTA + Times bouquet 2 + Turner Family Pack ( 130 +13+10 + GST18%) =180.54/-

I fail to understand the calculation for balance in my account being Rs215/- Please send me the details as how the balance Rs215/- was arrived at in my account.

Note : There is no reply to the mail till today i.e April 23, 2019 and repeated calls to the customer care every day from April 17, 2019 they say that the problem will be rectified in 8 working hours and never turn up.
