[Resolved]  Trai — videocon d2h recharge not activated

My videocon Customer ID 78773627.

I recharged videocon d2h on 24.03.2019 for rs. 500. But till date it is not activated and also I try to contact the customer care. But there is no response from them. For me it's happening from last two to three months.

Kindly see to it and take nessessary action
