Dear sir, my d2h customer is[protected]. I had two connections on the above no. I requested to deactivate one box since i was going out of town so as to leave only one box active. And they did so charging me rs90 as they say for one month. This was on 18th september.
But now when i recharged my pack in october on 20th it was recharge for a amount of rs414 and for one month. But now it shows that pack expiring on 05th november 2019.
When i asked the d2h customer care they said they activated the 2nd set top box in october when i recharged the pack so balance got deducted. But i did not ask them to activate the 2nd set top box since i am still out of town and had left only one set top box in use for my parents. The lady from the customer care bluntly refused and said that now she cannot do anything but only escalating the situation which will take some day until then my parents back home will be with out the tv until the matter is resolved.
This kind of mental torcher from d2h is not accepted. When i did not ask them to activate the 2nd set top box they still activated it. Now i don't need their connection and claim for my refund and that they take their dish and both set top boxes and pay me for it. I further do not wish to continue with d2h as every month i have to go to this same torcher with the customer care. And don't want to continue it further as it stresses me every month discussing with them.
Below in picture i attached that they activated both the set top boxes, the recharged date and expiry as it shows within 16 days for a 1 month pack i recharged.
