[Resolved] Trai — videocon d2h service issue not resolved
Complained to videocon d2h cc, 6 days back regarding no signal to setup box.
After 1st complaint on 5th july engineer visit and change my setup box as it is warranty. After 2 hrs again signal lost.
After date every day i register complaint and i get complaint number. But no engineer visit. Here are list of complaint number for my cust id[protected]
1. On 6-7-19. Complaint nu.[protected] no engineer visit
2. On 7-7-19 complaint no.[protected] engineer close the complaint without visiting
3. On 7-7-19 complaint no.[protected] no response from customer care
4. On 8-7-19 complaint no.[protected] again no response
5. On 9-7-19 did'nt get msg of complaint no.
6. On 10-7-19 complaint no.[protected].
Each time cc tell engineer will visit in 24 hrs. But i am waiting from last 144 hrs.
Cc dont answer properly.
I very upset with the service of d2h. Please resolve my problem.
Already 6 days gone waste after recharge.
Cc is not answering properly.
