Im using videocon dth services. I'm recharged new senthamil pack on jan.28.2019 as per the videocon executive the package is valid for 1year when i recharged he only insisted me to do that amount. But yesterday evening channels im unable to see. When i call to the videocon customer care executive on 8th april he said due to technical error automatically gets disconnected, he also refreshed and problem solved and "i asked the validity details he said it gets over by aug 2019. This pack is valid for 6months because of new trai rules. I recharged before the new rules of trai. As per the new rules videocon executive said the old package duration is reduced by 6packs (Instead of 1yr duration). I recharged before the new rules. But the videocon dth services making the customer fool again and again. Once the new rules came means from that date only the packages and duration need to change for the customer, how they have the right to change the duration for the existing recharged customer. How they have the rules to cut old package duration as said earlier as 1year to 6months."
