Trai — videocon recharge

I have requested vediocon dth relocation they provide services and collected cash but i recharged against my i'd[protected] amount deducted if asked customer care will refund you last 20 days but not refund not provide channels also vedicon techinsian collected amount 450 same amount deducted my account also if compint customer care no response pat 20 days

My Vediocon id[protected] I rlocate 15 days back techinsian charged 450 customer care confirmed paying cash no proper tracking and service. I recharged but not provide channels
