Trai — Vodafone/ creating issues in porting my numbers even when my all payments are clear till date.

This is to bring to your notice that Vodafone has intentionally
postponed, rejected my porting even after paying the bills.

I have applied for porting more than 10 times and it got rejected for outstanding amount. During port your company should send the outstanding message
pending to clear for successful porting and its not been sent. I
followed up with your customer support team to no use as one executive at Vodafone store, plot no. 3 ground floor sbi colony, outer ring road, paschim vihar, New Delhi-110063(STAFF NAME :- VIVEK) also misbehave with my father (his age is 55+). Now your so customer support team (or rather I can say
Customer Careless Team) said they retention team had a
miscommunication with them hence the delay. My porting has been
rejected 9-10 times intentionally.

I wanted to clarify
with Customer Support about my port issue & I was put on hold for an HOUR Plus as the so
called supervision was on an other call. I am sure my call was never
tranferred to anyone and simply put on hold. THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL
CUSTOMER CARE.

& then they start saying that your numbers are in family pack...first you've to remove them from family pack which MR. VIVEK @ Vodafone store has already do. He already remove my no. From family pack so that I can apply for port.
All I want to say is they're just fooling us by giving us new new excuses.
Some are saying you can't port bcoz of outstanding amount which is all clear till today & some are saying your no. Is in family pack which is already removed from family pack on 6/8/2020.

Called YOUR Customer Care and they said it takes 72 working hours to generate UPC and I need to reapply for
port.. R U SERIOUS… Again the same old story of pro-rate basis
charges would arise and again you guys would intentionally reject my
port request .. This has been happening for more than 7-8days now…

Vodafone knows to generate inappropriate / excess bills based on the
customer payment records. This has been a complaint with my friends
and colleagues also.

Very Disappointing Service & Pathetic Service provider.. (Dont
understand Why Vodafone is even called “”Service Provider””)

I'm a Vodafone customer from last 23-24 years...but now I don't want to be with you bcoz of rude & mannerless behavior of your staff.
They've no answer about our any query...all they're doing is arguing & shouting at customers and postponing their issues for next day, next week, next month..that's it.
Are they guys getting salary for this.
Your staff name vivek working at plot no. 3, ground floor sbi colony, outer ring road, paschim cigar, Vodafone store, New Delhi-110063 misbehave with my father who is 55+ he has no etiquette how to talk with elders. He is just fooling us by giving us wrong mail id, wrong details. And today he cross his all limits.
Bcoz of your third class service I don't want to stay with Vodafone anymore & now they're creating issues in my porting .

I have gone through a very sad phase with your services and not only
did I loose a lot of money for excess billing each month and bad
services but the mental agony, depression, and precious time been
wasted on a company like yours is very very saddening.
