Excess international roaming bill for past 8 months. I have called every month to deactivate the international roaming plan. From may to august and action was taken from their behalf. Not even an sms acknowledging the issue, despite of me calling every month to deactivate the international roaming plan. When i called in september again regarding the same issue, i was told no previous complaints have been registered. I received an sms in september after 3 months of me calling consistently and asking to deactivate the plan. Despite of getting the complaint registered this time no action was taken and my bills were generated including the international roaming.
I called again in december and they said there were some technical issues and they couldn't process my request and they can't do anything about it. They made me wait 40 min to get me connected to the supervisor who was constantly putting me on hold and showed a very nonchalant attitude towards the whole request.
After struggling for 8 months, still no concrete action was taken as nobody is listening or taking any action. They are showing very rude and un-bothered attitude towards the whole situation. Was this information helpful? |
