Last month i called to your customer care regards my data usage and bill plan, as after i consumed my data i got 100/200 message stating you have consumed so an so data without using internet i get this message same day i called to customer and told them they told once the bill is generate let us know will help you, and my bill plan is 399 i got bill for Rs.1248/- Shocking... Today i called customer care and told the same he is saying we cant help and cant waived any amount u have to pay Rs.1248/- itself... yesterday night 11/05/17 also i got a message stating you have consumed 90% of data and i stop using internet today i got 90 /100messages stating you consumed so and so data and customer is saying u have charged 499 again today... what stupid this iscustomer care they wont be with there words -
