Trai — VodafoneIdea (VI)/ Jio porting issue

I had ported my mobile number [protected] from VI operator to Jio operator via MNP scheme. As per the directions of Jio I cleared the pending payment of VI already. But for past 3 weeks Jio is calling and threatening that my service will be stopped. I have given proof of payment, VI website showing no pending payment etc. Still it is not resolved and is giving lot of stress.
