I registered for the new connection, and i got an appointment for the next day. Kept calling the consumer care number, they put the call on hold for minutes, are unable to solve any issues, the number of dealer they provided is not responding to any of the call. If you you want to talk to some senior it is always unavailable. If you say the person in call that you'll take further action, they'll rudely tell you their name and tell you to go and do whatever you can. They keep on mentally harassing you until you give up and stop calling them yourself.
