Initial we had a Videocon d2h account which had some complaint and the it was registered with the customer care and their engineer visited and suggested to go for a new connection and with acceptance he have a new connection immediately.
Now at the time of Recharge we by wrongly recharged to our Account for 3months for a amount of Rs.783 which was made thru Credit card.
This was done on 19th 8:30pm and immediately after knowing that the account was not recharged I gone thru matter I came to know that it was wrongly credited to my old account.
I called to the customer care for the same to register a complaint. The customer care executive asked me the details about the recharge and he accepted that it is wrongly credited to the old account. When he asked about the Transaction ID I told him that I didn't make note of it as it was successfully done. He ensured that the amount will be transferred to the new account within 24hrs and I have also received the message from them mentioning that it will be resolved before 5:00pm of 20/6/2019. Which was not done, when I called the customer care on 20th night they informed me it will completed by midnight, on 21st morning again when I called the they told it will be done before 9am of 21/6/2019.
But when I called them by afternoon they again asked me send a mail. I sent them a mail for which they told I would be completed once I give same details which were asked during my first call.
I have sent them a mail on 23rd night for which there was no reply till now. But suddenly now a received a SMS saying that the complaint is resolved successfully. But when I checked it was not, while asking them they are simple saying that as there was no Transaction ID they have closed the complaint without any mail.
Kindly get us the solution for the same.
