Trans Deals — Trans deals fake discount card , person pretending to be Kotak Bank Employee

I had received a call from a person pretending to be Kotak Bank employee and they are offering a discount card over my credit card. Initially he said there would not be any charges on the card and he activated the card on my name. Next day he said you need to pay 7999/- as one time payment as that amount would be deducted from the discount on the purchases you make. I did not agree on paying the amount. He said if I deny it now, I would be charged the amount anyway and it would affect my CIBIL score.
Considering it is a Kotak card, I agreed. But the card delivered to me was Trans Deals company card. Validity of which is of 1 year. When confirmed with the customer care of Trans Deals, they said we need to purchase additional vouchers from their website for any discounts. This is a total fraud. These guys call people to fool them and deduct the money from their account.
