Dear Sir/ Madam,
I'm finding fraudulent activity on my CIBIL report in the name of Transactree Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
MobiKwik along with Transactree Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are issuing loans without my consent to the tune of INR 30, 000. I have reached out to MobiKwik several times from the last 4 months and its been a nightmare. Every time they give fake assurance that the loan has been closed and it will reflect in your credit report in the next 30 days. Using my PAN and other personal details for fake loans is completely not acceptable.
This is entirely fraud and theft of people's identity and use of personal information. One must ban such a company which uses people's identity for misuse and should be brought under the ambit of law and other regulatory agencies.
Please remove the loan from my CIBIL report and issue me a no due certificate.
