I would like to state that:
I have not availed any loan/credit facility from Transactree (Lendbox) to the best of my knowledge.
This loan is adversely affecting my CIBIL score and future financial eligibility.
I request you to urgently verify the KYC and sanction documents related to this account.
Accordingly, I request the following actions from your side:
Provide complete details of the said loan account (loan type, sanction date, loan agreement copy, repayment status).
If this loan is not linked to me, issue a No Dues Certificate (NDC) immediately and report the correction to CIBIL.
If it is linked due to error or fraud, kindly rectify the records and ensure the account is removed from my credit history.
Kindly treat this as a matter o[censored]rgency. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide a written response within 7 working days.
In case of non-resolution, I will be constrained to escalate the matter to the RBI Ombudsman and the National Consumer Helpline.
